A water fountain with reflecting pool takes a prominent position at the north end of the courtyard, inviting passersby’s to sit and relax on the sun deck. The courtyard will be landscaped to provide luscious green spaces, including trees and planters. An articulated landscaped street patio is proposed along Water St., facilitating easy transitions between the street and the courtyard via the adjoining walkways.
